In addition to CARES, Comware offers depot repair. If your downtime is not an issue or you need spare modules repaired, send us your defective modules for depot repair. The turnaround time is usually days, not weeks, for most repairs. All parts are functionally tested and our work carries the same 90 day warranty as our CARES program.
